Among all, this is the worst Place I have ever stayed. I didn't know that BEST WESTERN has this kind of cheap place as well. Great Downtown location but everything else there sucks. The people at the front desk were very helpful. The cleaning staff were accommodating. I was there to bring my almost blind mother for surgery and the location was central and expectations met. It was funny the first night I stayed I took the notices of the towels seriously, but when I returned to my room, they were all gone. I did that same the second night and they were left. Old, renovated but still old, bathroom very small, no desk in the room, no plugs for computer or phone, no pool. Slow elevators, old elevators. View not great as it is a short building. Bar...I've seen nicer and bigger in peoples basements.

Very pleased with the service and the accommodations. The restaurant (Rib Room) is a must, those ribs were sooooooooooo good! And the waiter was great! We enjoyed our stay except for the weather but that's life.
