staff were well mannered, caring, extremely polite and very helpful to a stranger that just traveled 5000 miles. The general manager was selfless in his devotion for making the guests feel welcome and there is nothing more to say but then it felt like a 'home away from home'. A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
