“About the reservation "service"”

They are quick to reply to a reservation asking for the credit card. After reading these comments, I sent a cancelation through their e-mail system and I got nothing in return. I assume the reservation is duly canceled and that I won't have problems with my card and...them. More

What can I say? This place was disgusting. We're pretty easy going travellers and don't complain about much, but I am really quite surprised that this motel is allowed to stay open. This was a one-night stay, but I didn't like it for even a night. The property is not well-lit and not kept-up; ashes, old paint cans, beer containers are outside the doors.
