“Breakfast with a view of the harbor.”

Stayed here at the end of the summer while visiting a friend. Close to everything, room was fresh, clean and comfortable. Inside of the house was very charming. We recently stayed at Comfort and Joy B&B, and thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is very conveniently located downtown on a side street between Duckworth and Gower, and is approx 5-15 minute walking distance to any restaurant, pub or shop you would like, including a very easy 10 minute walk to George St - where all of the nightlife happens... “No Comfort and not much Joy”

Extremely disappointed!!! Initially thought room was ok, but bed ridiculously high and not particularly comfortable- what is that all about? Hot water tap on the shower did not stay on so cold showers it was and absolutely no facility for tea and coffee or even a glass of water. In fact owner sent us round the corner to a coffee... More

“lovely place to stay in downtown St. John's”

Charming place to stay just off Duckworth Street, walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown, and to Signal Hill. The rooms are very comfortable; breakfast is a full breakfast, good food and fine presentation; warm hospitality. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to St. John's. More
