“Highly recommended”

Definitely worth your buck!!! Beds are awesome room is clean service is great what more can you ask for !!!!! The front counter staff were awesome and upgraded us no questions asked. The room has free wifi, and exactly what you would expect from a Sheraton !!!!!

“An institution in St John's and a good benchmark”

“Great place to stay in St John's”

Hotel may be a bit tired, but service is superb, gym very well equipped, Club Lounge - nice view and well stocked, rooms well appointed. One of the waitresses in the Bar - Bivvi's a bit gruff, but otherwise people very very very helpful, pleasant in only the way that people from the rock are!

The harbor view rooms are spectacular! Snow, rain, sunshine...it was all wonderful. The hotel is typically Sheraton, but the placement in Downtown St. John's makes for easy access to great shopping and restaurants.
