Typical Courtyard; perfectly ok. Usual set up - rooms on the small side though. While I was there a large (noisy) crowd was staying for a some sports tournament. Reasonable hotel, friendly staff and convenient location. Very clean. Good breakfast and extremely close to discount shopping and fast food restaurants. Lacking atmosphere but depending on what you are looking for it can be perfect. Downtown area only 10 minutes away with lots of lovely restaurants.

We were there for a hockey tournament (i know, bane of hotel existence) and they were great, brought all the "rowdies" down to the lobby, which was lovely - and left quiet hallways and quiet rooms.
