Check in was fast and efficient, very friendly. Room as on the 3rd floor - one bedroom suite - and was both clean and quiet. There are plenty of "roadhouse" restaurants and fast food places nearby, as well as a shopping mall across the street - easy access to everything. Overall, great value for the price paid.

This hotel was clean and modern. The staff were cheerful and helpful. It seems popular with families on hockey tournaments in the winter. Free parking. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.take the stairs if your room is on the second floor.

Great value. Decent room, very nice staff & service. Well located, near 401, also within easy walking distance of large shopping mall and a variety of restaurants. Only stayed one night, so didn't get a chance to try pool or hotel restaurants. Seems to be a great place to stay when visiting the London area.

I stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms. It was very well laid out, comfortable and clean. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful and I thought the food was good too. I would stay again without hesitation. The only draw back to my room, was that it was quite a hike from the lobby.

I stayed here in February and this hotel was nice. It is priced right but the lighting could be a little nicer. The best thing I liked was the location.
