We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. The location is also great. Only two things we did not like we're no fridges in the rooms and even though it did not effect me, the place totally lacked and handicapped accessibility with no ramps or elevators .

the loction of this hotel is unbeatable. the bars and restaurants are right around the corner! its aforadable. the service isnt bad either i had a view of the falls from my room through e trees. it was great.

Great location in the heart of the Clifton Hill tourist area. Noise wasn't a problem on the second floor. Walking distance to falls so you can see them at night and during the day, if you walk down the hill. Price was reasonable, considering the location. Lots of parking. Breakfast was adequate.
