I have stayed at Radissons in NJ, PA and overseas. This is the best hotel I have stayed at within this chain. Staff helpful and competent, very professional. Had a slight problem with my electricity in the room and they were on it instantly. Worth getting the falls view room. More

Stayed here to take advantage of a club carlson promo. Its a nice hotel. No issues came up during my stay. Parking is expensive but thats the way it is in Niagara Falls. If you don't have a gambling problem you are better off using the casino parking facilities so long as you dont mind the walk. More
