Booked a king suite with separate bedroom and living room only $113/night including $7/day parking. Room very nice, TV in both rooms, fridge and microwave. Walking distance to the falls, and restaurants but far enough away from the Clifton Hill midway noise. Included hot breakfast, cereal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, bread, coffe, juice. Good value.

Stayed 2 nights. One of the better values at the Falls. Breakfast is good and parking not as costly as other hotels. Our Son enjoyed the pool. Not too far to walk to Clifton hill. Rooms could use a little updating. Staff friendly.

Never been to a mid-range hotel with a 25m pool you can actually do laps in. Bit further than other hotels from falls and Clifton Hill Rd (where amusement places are) but the 10min walk will do you good!
