i travel alot for work and have stayed at many hotels in ottawa. when i am in town i want a cheap place but a nice place and i have found that in this hotel. clean and quite it a nice place to get a good nights sleep. More

During my stay at the Ottawa Inn I found the front desk staff to be very friendly and very helpful. With newly renovated rooms it really brings new life to the place. The staff answered any questions I had with a smile and helped me in finding my way around the city. The rooms were very nice and very clean... More

This hotel's website is not at all what the hotel actually is!!! The hotel is home to prostitutes and crack adicts! This is the reason that the rates are so low... People often rent the room for one hour in order to do their business... The website makes the location look pristine but it is a dump... that is why... More
