Stayed here twice within 3 days and hotel is the closest to my client's office. The only thing in common on the two stays was the slow service at the front desk. This 2nd stay is terrible. The hotel is clean, has free parking and offers a decent price for an Ottawa area hotel. They offer free continental breakfast, but it is very minimal - basically toast and cereal. Could use some updates and TLC. Not very soundproof - easy to hear people in the hallway. More
