Stayed here 20 plus times and always found it to be an island of serenity in the Ottawa downtown area. Close to all the best shops and restaurants as well as within walking distance to most locations this is a great place to stay .

Good value for money, good location downtown, kinda feels like you're renting someone's apartment! Staff are great, room is always ready on-time. The hotel has been refurbished so it's clean. Some rooms have a small fridge.
