Always updating the property with renovations. A little dated but always clean. Freindly helpful staff. Meeting rooms, big and small available. Currenty have an excellant promotion with local restaurants. Would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are in desperate need of updating. Despite our "smoke free room"- the bathroom wreaked of stale smoke following all showers. My 8th stay here in 12 months! Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly ,taxis easy to get. Complementary breakfast free wifi, nice lounge area in the lobby. My room was very nice, clean and bed was comfortable.I would come back for that reason alone! Great stay.

The lobby smells like industrial cleaners trying to cover up something worse. The common spaces are filthy. My room was little better and falling apart. There's no duvet. The towels are like sandpaper and as large as a tea towel. I estimate nothing's been renovated (or fixed) since the 80's.

This hotel is pathetic. The public areas (reception, halls, breakfast area) are tired and dirty. The rooms need a complete overhaul; they don't even provide proper pillows, and you get one per person in any case.
