Great service. Hotel is gorgeous. So close and convenient for night life fun. We parked our suv and walked everywhere for the 2 days we were in town. Very comfortable beds. Clean and staff is very friendly. Only thing is wished the hotel bar was open a bit later. Felt rushed having a drink after a concert.

Hotel's Favourite
Fantastic! The staff I encountered were all kind and empathetic -- it seemed like they really cared about the guest experience. Air Canada lost my luggage, and the hotel was helpful in supplying me some toiletries and directing me to the Eaton Center shopping mall to buy clothes. I was attending a conference that took place off-site, but we had nightly cocktail receptions and a gala dinner on the last night, which was truly amazing -- live jazz music, amazing food beautifully presented, and an elegant setting. Room service was also amazing - fast and extremely tasty. The bar is upscale and I was pleased they have a good selection of non-alcoholic drink options. I requested a quiet room, and received 1044. This room sort of faces an alley, so there wasn't much street noise. It is located next to the elevators, and I could hear the motor move all night, but I think it was still better than having to deal with street noise, given how busy the area is. Next time, I would love to try high tea and the spa.

My husband and I had tickets for Six so we decided to make a little vacation out of it and stay at the King Edward. First, the hotel is still lovely and elegant. Everything in the lobby and room were in perfect order and updated. From check in to check out we were treated like VIPS. I am an Omni Member but other Omnis I stayed at did not have that level of consideration for us. We were upgraded, had a complimentary fruit tray delivered, pillow service etc. Just top notch. The only disappointment was Cafe Victoria for breakfast. Eggs were rubbery, breakfast potatoes under cooked. Prices for breakfast were not bad for a hotel at all but the quality was not there. Next time - and there definitely will be a next time- we will find a diner nearby. But overall thank you to the Kind Eddy for giving two, old suburbanites a very memorable, romantic staycation.

This was an extremely enjoyable experience from the moment we arrived. From doorman that greeted us as we pulled up to assist with baggage and Valet parking, The check in receptionist ensuring that we had everything that we required and of course the wonderful rooms that were spacious and clean. The King Edward is an old school hotel that knows how to do elegant as well as any of the top tier hotels in North America. Their rooms, their breakfast restaurant and the entire staff are the very best. The food quality in the Victoria (where breakfast is served) was especially nice. You walk in there wanting a good meal before starting your day and they never fail to surpass your wants and needs.

Personally I truly love this Hotel. Staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are large and comfortable, great food and facilities and walkable. ❤️Enjoyed our Afternoon Tea time on Sunday. Walked to Mirvish Theatre for performance, 15 minutes walk and safe.

The Omni staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. The Victoria Café food and vibes were great. The room, however, was quite basic. Our bathroom was quite small, with no bathtub, which I kind of needed after a whole day of walking and touring. The shower room was not sealed properly, so water was leaking out onto the floor in and outside the bathroom, which was quite concerning to me since the bedroom is carpeted. Everything else was satisfactory.

My wife and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary. Just made mention to This and they went above and beyond to make this stay special including decorating the room, complimentary champagne. Everything was clean, top quality, and great value.
