This was my second visit to this hotel; both business meetings.
Rooms are spacious, with sliding doors that actually open a little.
Staff were pleasant. Personally I would prefer a downtown hotel as North York
is rather "way out" to do anything if you have a couple of hours free.
Other than this aspect, it's a good place to stay!!...

Had to go to the north end of Toronto for business – wasn’t too sure what to expect. Staff were friendly and helpful – hotel was clean and beds were comfy…..as most Westin beds are. (Would stay there again if I was in the area.)

My colleague and I were rather surprised how the hotel is being allowed to degrade. Here are some issues we were subject to i one or both of the rooms:
1) Heating fan grinding so loud sleep was impaired
2) Broken phone
3) Non working light bulbs. My room had a cracked one in the lamp

I'm a semi-frequent guest of this hotel, staying 6-7 times a year for 4-5 days at a time when I travel to my home office to attend meetings. In the nearly 3 years I've been staying, I've had excellent stays almost 100% of the time (only one time did I have a very minor issue and it was corrected immediately)....

Spent two nights at this location and enjoyed the experience. Had two adjoining rooms (as requested). Staff was very friendly. Lobby restaurant was very good for lunch. Rooms were clean and a decent size.
