W e stayed here a few years ago and were once again pleased with everything. The staff is very friendly. It's only a five minute walk to Eaton Center with shops and restaurants along the way making it a very good location. The rooms are well appointed and the pool area is very relaxing. We will be back.

This is a clean, beautiful and quiet hotel. The room was nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was quite nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a great stay and would go back again.

We were here for a wedding in the vicinity. Our room, although not large was very comfortable and spotless. The neighbourhood is sketchy and as a result we took advantage of the valet parking. Check in/out was very quick and easy. We would stay here again!

Good value, great staff, no surprises. Has resturant/bar on site, don't believe is mentioned on web-site. Valet parking is too expensive, and there is a parking lot across the street. Be wary of slippery bath-tub, especially for elderly guests. Standup facilites are available upon request.

The hotel is very nice and I would recommend it. Unfortunately, it's in a not so nice neighbourhood. Room was large, bed was comfy, lots of easily accessible electrical outlets, friendly staff (except the one who checked me in), clean.

The best service from a hotel ever! When we arrived there was some confusion because we had 6 rooms for 3 families but it was quickly sorted out. Then we need a room with a walk in shower because of my elderly mother could not step over bath tub and this was arranged instantly.
