Stayed here once before and liked, but this time so many problems. First the hotel did not give me the room choice/bed types I requested. Then the room I was given did not have working air conditioning (it was 88 F degrees when I arrived). Then the second room was very noise due to the activity in the ballroom and... More

Located right in downtown Toronto, next to the subway station, very easy to access everywhere in Downtown Toronto, best night life around, the room is comfortable; the staff is friendly and helpful. I booked it online and requested a king size bed standard room, upon check in, the standard rooms with king size bed were all full, the staff upgrade... More

The hotel is very well located but you can tell it is old. Do not expect a great view from the room. There was a big stain on one of the chairs and the TV had been unplugged for some reason (it took me a few minutes to figure out why the TV was not working). Otherwise, we don't have... More

I would like to share my personal experience with people who plan to stay or have stayed at this hotel as it truly a great place to book for Toronto. Location is in the heart of the city and the subway line is accessible from the hotel elevators practically. The rooms are always clean and very modern with a great... More

With the rest of the hotels in the area costing $400+ a night, the Marriott is actually a reasonabnly good value for the neighbourhood. The rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable, and the bathrooms, while small, are nicely appointed. I also like how the hotel is quite quiet given that it is on a noisy street, with most rooms... More

I stayed in a 4 person, two queens bedroom. First off, the rooms are huge. The living room is just as impressive. The bathroom could be a bit bigger, but not an issue. The only issue was parking was a bit of a problem, and walking to your car is an issue, especially if in the cold. But overall, can't... More

I booked this hotel for my business trip. This hotel is in the downtown area and it is very closed to the subway. Staff in the hotel were all friendly, helpful and efficient. Buffet breakfast was very average. Therefore I only tried their breakfast for one morning, then I went outside to have breakfast in the following days. Many good... More

Great rooms, clean and comfortable beds like you would expect from any Marriott. The service at the restaurant needs improvement though. Bartender would not honour my voucher for restaurant food/drinks. I wouldn't have minded, except he said it with a smug condescending attitude like I should have known better. "It's right there in the fine print," he said, and didn't... More

This Marriott is modern, clean and well-run. Its rooms are large and well-appointed. The staff is not only efficient and professional but seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and helping customers. Its location near the Don Valley Parkway, atop the subway, and convenient by car to all areas of the downtown makes it ideal for business or touring. You may... More

Loved that I did not have to go outside to access the subway. The hotel furniture is very modern and in line with other Marriott hotels, the building itself is older. I had an issue with my heater not turning on. They brought me a floor heater, but while i was blow drying my hair, I blew a circuit... not... More
