We stayed here very recently. The hotel is shutting down for a complete reno in June, 2012. As a result they are withdrawing some services now - in room bar; bathrobes; writing paper, that sort of thing. If you ask, you get, however & the staff is still smiling & pleasant. Great Value, we got this place for super cheap. the beds were good enough, and we were walking around downtown for most the time anyways. the hotel is a little dated and could have been a little cleaner as well. otherwise, again a good deal for the right price. More

Toronto has moved away from the Sutton Place. The hotel is no longer the epicenter of movie stars. (though Diane Keaton was around when we were there).
