I've been in Toronto for 3 days/2nights with my 4 years old son. The room was very nice, I've been upgraded in a suite, so we had a fridge, and a microwave, Bed was very comfortable, and desk people answered very well to my questions on facilities close from the hotel. 5 minutes by feet from a big Loblaws, 5... Recently spent one night at the Ramada Plaza. Great location in the heart of the city. Across the street you will find Allen Gardens and a block away is the historic Maple Leaf Gardens, now a hugh Loblaws with an LCBO on site. the hotel room was a good size with two queen size beds, a flat screen tv and... Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your review. We do love our location here in Downtown Toronto. The botanical garden across the street is beautiful and they did a great job with Maple Leafs Garden. Hopefully we will see you on your next visit to Toronto. More

I recently stayed at this hotel to attend a conference and I was quite pleased with the accomodations. The rooms was spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was that there was no bath tub, only a shower. The carpets were also a little icky. And I found one bed a bit more comfortable than the other which was surprising. And... More

We ran into trouble with our originally booked hotel - I phoned up the Ramada to see if they could accomodate our needs. Spoke with a rep. named Amar who was very polite, helpful and saved the room for us until we got there. The room itself was really nice. My only complaint would be the carpet was kind gross... More

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your review. I’m very happy to hear about the excellent service you received from Amar at the front desk of the hotel. Also thank you for letting us know about the carpets in your room. We do try to keep up with shampooing every week about 10% of the property to make sure... More

I stayed here a couple times with some clients. The rooms were great and staff friendly. Price was a good value as well. I stayed in a one bedroom suite as well as a two bedroom and they were excellent rooms. More

Stayed here for 5 days for training in the same building. Was a good hotel - some weird smell in the hallway on the 9th floor which we mentioned to the front desk staff. No fridge in room. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Clean rooms - no problems. Close to many restaurants and could walk to lots of things... More

Check in was a breeze very friendly front desk service. We were in a King suite 1 night at 134.00 with tax which we thought was very reasonable. The location was awesome for shopping, 15 minute walk to Eatons Centre. Tim Hortons practically next door. There is the Keg Mansion just down the road! Also a cute park right across... More

Room air unit was not working when we arrived. Room was very stuffy. Front desk was nice about this and sent someone right away, but he only got it partially fixed- we could not use the thermostat. Only glass or cups available were paper cups; not very nice for drinks. Turned on the TV: cable was not working properly. Image... More

Dear Guest, I am sorry to hear that your stay was less than 100% perfect. We did just have all new 40” flat screen T.V.’s installed on site and I will have to look into why the picture was not clear for you. It does sound like a cord could have come loose. I do see on your reservation that... More
