We stayed in the hotel Saturday to go to the Il Divo concert at the ACC (which is RIGHT next door!) and could not be any happier with our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was quite spacious. The complimentary toiletries were of a very high quality. The view was wonderful. The bed felt like... More

Beautiful modern rooms are a great place to rest tired feet. Breakfast is okay but nothing special. The lobby bar is modern with agood selection. If you love sports it is a perfect lOcation. Overall nice but for the price nothing spectacular. More

Nice spot only if you're going to a game. My favorite place to stay in Toronto is the Hazelton. Nicer area to walk around, and eat. This location is better than the Mercer location. Nice staff, rooms are decent. Request a round bed! What? More

This was my first time staying at this hotel. It was one of the most convenient properties I have ever stayed in. The hotel is hip, trendy, but not too much. The staff was incredibly accommodating. Very innovative technology in the rooms... The rooms were incredibly spacious There is a amazing "Whole Foods" just one floor down from the hotel... More

Perfect overnight stay! This hotel is the essence of luxury. The staff were amazing. We had drinks in the bar and thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and the servers. Breakfast was absolutely perfect. The breakfast room was immaculate and the food was definitely a great way to start the day. We had an amazing view of the CN Tower. WOW! Amazing... More

We stayed at the hotel from 14th April for 5 days and we are planning to come back to Toronto and we would not stay anywhere else. The hotel is very quiet, the staff were all polite and friendly. Gregory arranged our trip to Niagra Falls with pick up from the hotel and we had a wonderful time. Our car... More

Stayed here for 1 night this week as we were hosting an event for one of our clients. This is a great hotel...modern, friendly and full of luxury. Perfectly situated in the new city centre south in Toronto across from the Air canada centre. There are only 5 Le Germain's in Canada (Montreal, Toronto X2, Calgary and Vancouver) and they... More

This place is simply a gorgeous condo building. Except you pay twice the price in hopes to get hotel services. Having stayed in many Ca hotels, I must say they are in urgent need of proper personnel training. Yes, the few people employed in $600/night places are friendly, but they have no clue how to run a hotel. Most aggravating... More

Dear fablupark, I apologize for the complexity of your arrival experience at our hotel. We use confirmation letters to reconfirm with our guests which of our two downtown Toronto locations they have reserved. Nevertheless it does occasionally happen that an individual books at one and arrives at the other. The process for switching a reservation between properties does take a... More

Pros: The General Manager should be commended for training an excellent staff- the service levels are quite high and personalized- particularly Valet, Concierge, Housekeeping. Room: Spacious, well thought out, great desk space/outlets, iPod dock sound system, rainfall shower, large sized Molten Brown bath products, espresso machine, etc. Very nice touches! Cons: Although a light continental breakfast is included, there is... More
