Amazingly Furnished B&B, in a slight grand rococo style, but all in good taste.. lovely tea room with a grand piano. Excellent breakfast with french toast . Very good location. I got a lovely room with en-suite. Happy to highly recommend.. Good for a romantic getaway.

We booked a room with a washroom in December for an April concert. We booked early since not all the rooms have private baths attached and we wanted to ensure we had these rooms. We were told in late January that because a long standing client wanted to book the entire house that our rooms were situated in, we were... More

Re: What you book may not be what you get It was a great disappointment to read your review, written more than 8 months after staying at Beverley Place. As you say, you booked in December 2011 and we called you in January 2012 to inform you of the change in your accomodations. We informed you 3 months in advance... More

If you are the BnBs kind of type and you are looking for a stylish and affordable place downtown Toronto, then you should seriously consider Beverley Place. Located just a block from the A.G.O. and just literally steps away from Dundas Square, Chinatown, Kensington Market and the University, these two Victorian houses are quiet and simply gorgeous. We chose the... More

So Beverley Place was our first stop on our tri-legged (Toronto-Montreal-Quebec) tour. Our other two BnBs were so astoundingly great that this place just pales in comparison. Hence it lost a star :) We were travelling with a 15 month old and my review is obviously a reflection of that. First the pros : Safe and convinient location Decent house... More

It was quite a surprise to read a review such as yours. We remember you well and must address the issue at hand. 1.) Yes, we do have three prices. That could have been explained at each call, had we known more about what you were looking for. 2.) We have a room that would have accommodated your needs; both... More

I am so glad I discovered Beverley Place! The houses were just exquisite and right in the heart of the city (very rare in such a large city). Every detail is attended to in these restored Victorian houses: soft and luxurious linens, grand pianos, fireplaces, a tasteful and delicious breakfast, a gorgeous courtyard that makes you feel you've travelled back... We stayed at the Beverley while in town for a conference. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast delicious. The location of the B&B was close to Chinatown, Kensington Market, and about a 20 minute, nice walk to downtown. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at Beverley Place twice in the past two years. Both times the rooms were elegant and comfortable. The location is perfect - walking distance to the University, shopping, dining and entertainment. Staff is very professional and helpful. Breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day - a hearty meal and interesting company, usually from many different... More

I've stayed 3 times, the last time last time for two weeks in November 2011. Everything about my experience was positive : the turn of the century homes (there are 2) have been restored to their original elegance. The facilities are clean, directly accessible to downtown by a few blocks walking distance. The breakfast options were tasty and generous amounts... More

Quiet, Clean, cheapest we could find at $100 + tax night. Exceptional. Took us 25 minutes to walk to CNN/ Steam Whistle. We love Asian food, so the 2 walk block for a breakfast under $15 is a plus. We're a younger couple so the 4 block proximity to the college campus.. aka $3 beers... is a plus. Otherwise, for... More

Everything was outstanding: the owner was especially informative, kind and generous; the building was beautiful; the rooms were clean and large and the service was exceptional. I will definitely return if and when I am back in the area.
