The room had a mini fridge, free WiFi and your choice of city or river view. The river view is $15 more. The staff was extremely nice, the rooms were in fair condition. The bar in the hotel was expensive and had very slow poor service. Walk across the street there a plenty of other bars near by. The casino... More

This hotel has the potential to be a 4.5 star but has a few things that prevent it getting that kind of rating. Firstly, the hotel of my choice in the Windsor area was over priced so I decided to shop and made a $65.00 bid for a 3 star or above and got this place for 2 nights through... More

To start, our room wasn't ready for our 3 pm check-in. We were attending a wedding, and had requested early check-in three hours in advance. We were told it wasn't a guarantee, and we understood this. However we were not told that there was a potential for our room (two doors away from our friends on the same floor) not... More

First of all I want to start off by saying the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. They provided me with a razor, shaving cream, matches and a new key when I locked myself out of the room! The beds were really comfortable and came with a remote control that you could change your softness. The room floor... More

The skyline of Detroit can be seen from its indoor pool through its giant glass of unwashed window. Remnants of a better past, some Radisson logos and markings, are left unremove. This hotel is clean but does show its age through its carpet, TV ( non- flat screen), and non-modern fixtures. For $120/night you get to stay right downtown Windsor,... More

We stayed here on a Saturday night via Priceline. The staff were friendly and the room appeared fine at check-in. Things slowly started breaking in the room; the closet falling apart, the tap falling off and the heater falling in half. We called maintenance and they came immediatley and fixed the problems. The heater fell apart again, and the next... More

I don't know when this hotel stopped being a Radisson but it seems like it was fairly recent. It still hasn't quite worked out all the details for being a new hotel. I was there two nights on business. The river view is gorgeous, it seemed like a good location in Windsor. But there is no bar and no restaurant... More

The location gives you a nice walking to both the bridge to the US or for cars the tunnel. You can definitely take the free shuttle to the Caesar's casino and drink and gamble with out worry. The room, on the higher floors, gives you a real excellent photo opportunity. The beds are new, and good space for a restful... More

We live in WIndsor and chose this hotel because we were seeing a play downtown. It is in a convenient location near restaurants, the casino and the Chrysler Theater. The riverviews are beautiful, the room was nice, the staff accomodating. We requested a fridge and microwave, which was in our room when we arrived. I would recommend this hotel and... More
