The overrunning weeds in the gravel walk should have told me something....the peeling paint on the porch was the next hint...and the strong musty smell once inside should have finished the deal....but we perservered...:(. It was early season but the owner assured us they prided themselves on being open all year so that can't account for the lack of care...

This place was built in the 1870's and neat to wander about it. Our room was great and the bathroom was bigger than our bedroom at home. I would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the game room and sit and relax in the room that looked out to the bay.

A nice B&B in an out of the way place on Prince Edward Island. Hosts were warm and accomodating. View of the bay was lovely. Not much in the way of local restaurants. Clean and comfortable.
This B&B is a rather dark old house full of antiques and the amenities provided for the guests are also dated. For example, our shower was in a cramped plastic enclosure and there was a library of video-tapes you could borrow to watch on the old CRT television; nothing was modern.
