I loved staying at the Best Western Charlottetown. Every time I came through those doors I was greeted with a warm smile and a hello. Tracy at the front desk kept me entertained with her fun banter. Wayne, assisant GM, often came by to say hi and chat. The room was clean. The staff friendly and helpful.

We had a great weekend in Charlottetown. Our stay was made better by the excellent service we received at the Best Western Hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive and the facility is very comfortable and modern. The hot breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. I will definitely stay there again.

Breaksfast was completely awful plus i never got asked for air miles at the end of my stay. Was pretty easy to find how ever location isnt that great if you want to relax on the week end (its more downtown)
