Stayed here for one night on our way to La Ronde. Although the place is centrally located, I have to say this ranks among the worst motels I have ever stayed at. Upon our arrival, we drove into a sorry excuse of a parking garage that was packed like a can of sardines. A hotel employee rudely told us that... More

The hotel is located close to the shopping and museum areas in Montreal. It has good facilities including a gym and pool. The restaurant is good and serves a good breakfast and evening meal which although not as cheap as the nearby Macdonalds is far better in quality. It is convenient for buses and the Metro which are very good... More

Stayed here for two nights. You would never run around singing its praises, but you wouldn't slam the place either. It is serviceable. You need a room downtown, near the Metro and the Anglo bar district, this does it. If you are thinking romantic getaway, hell no. I upgraded online to an executive level for $20 more and was promptly... More

Hotel Maritime is an older hotel so small rooms should have been expected. We were with a large group of students/chaperones/parents mostly 3 or 4 to a room - so would have loved queen beds when 2 per bed were required - only doubles available. Myself and several others commented on how uncomfortable the beds were. Noisy springs and definitely... More

Our travel agent found this hotel as part of a package deal with Toursport which included a Canadiens' game. On travel websites it was listed as 3-star but was in the price range of 2-star hotels, so I thought, low-end 3-star. So when we got there and saw graffiti on the wall outside, we thought, oh, great. But when we... More

In Montreal for a Canadiens game, check- in was a breeze we had an executive suite and a package which included breakfast and parking. Parking is $14/ night and buffer is $20/ pp otherwise. The room was small but well appointed, the bathroom small as well. The only issues were the air did not work at all and the bathroom... More

Stayed there in August 2010, mainly because of the cheap prices, and I can now say that's its only asset. Hotel is clean, but rooms and corridors need to be refreshed. Don't try breakfast, it's expensive and distasteful. Swimming pool is fine and really useful when you spend your day walking in a hot summer Montreal. Hotel is just behind... More

I have stayed at this location on multiple trips and have always been very satisfied with my accomodations. The rooms are good, the beds are comfy and the linens are always high quality. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The Hotel's location is excellent being 1 block away from St Catherines. I will be back again for sure. More

the advantage of this hotel is also its problem: the decent price for quality attracts a young and noisy crowd. pot smokers is not uncommon. the room i slept in had a heavily leaking tap and a weird noise from the structures woke me up a few times. location is nice for shoppers, but again, downtown montreal is so large... Thank you for your review. We were disappointed that your experience was not up to your expectation. With the school break in March, some of our clientele is younger than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience that you encountered during your stay. We hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you again on your next trip to Montreal. More
