This was my favourite room of the tour. So big, such a beautiful view, lovely window seats. Amazing beds. Our maid was terrific. have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 4 years and its relatively clean and the staff are quite friendly but they have to do something about the elevators. One never works and the other is slow and the wait time can be over 5 minutes.

We stayed at the Hotel du Fort for the Canadian Grand Prix weekend. We had a marvellous stay. The room was really large with really good facilities. Stayed here during Formula 1 grap prix, so prices were higher than usual. But still very comfortable and good location, close to subway. Very comfy bed, after long day in the citi it's exactly what you need. Friendly staff and free wifi.

Can't complain about this hotel and with agree with the positive comments on friendliness and cleanliness. I'd only offer a few comments on location. Montreal has a large downtown that is very walkable - but the distances can be fairly large. Concordia is close but the Convention Centre, Old Port, Latin Quarter, palais des arts etc are at the other... More

Got this room for around $100 through Hotwire.Wasnt expecting much, especially as the building looked quite unassuming from the outside. Good location if you're looking to stay near St Catherine's/explore downtown. Close to Concordia. Staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean but carpeted, less modern- more like a traditional hotel room.
