Delta hotels always provided good service, especially with my loyalty membership; unfortunately not so this location. This time it was a family trip; we stayed on the May long weekend. The indifference was visible from the time of check in. Probably it was just the receptionist, but it was bad enough to lose my ‘loyalty.’

The hotel is fantastic. It has been recently renovated and the suites are new. Location is great and the service is very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Montreal for either business or pleasure. I could say I had a great night sleep while I stay here.
