Property's Favourite Review
Lovely apartment with a wonderful host and hostess! LOVED the set up. Clean and welcoming, well situated and close to a taxi stand and a small convenience store. The park was a block away and since we didnt face it, it was quiet. In a normal neighborhood as well. Not touristy. And we even had coffee and wine as welcome gifts. Highly recommend!

Best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The renovations make it feel like a luxury hotel. There’s nothing better than talking to the staff, they’re the best! Honestly you need to go, they did an incredible job10/10

Mio was a wonderful hostess; the place is spotless. It's very quiet, warm, nicely furnished. Good location near park, grocery, bakery. She keeps stairs free of snow and ice. My unit (of the 3) was larger than my space at home! Plenty of room to relax, stretch, cook, write, use as a home base for exploring Montreal. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is amazing! Mio and Normand are outstanding hosts and the apartment is stunning, like a magazine. If you want the best of both worlds in Montreal - stay in a charming neighborhood away from but close to the touristy stuff - this is it! 10/10.

Our apartment was very stylishly furnished and co,comfortable too. It was fully equipped to a high standard. So much so that despite there being many restaurants nearby we did cook for ourselves a couple of evenings, after having visited the Jean Talon market and found such wonderful produce there. The bed was comfortable and the street quiet, the fan kept us cool despite the weather being hot. Our hosts were charming and very helpful, even doing a load of washing for us before we embarked on our cruise. I can’t rate it more highly, it was one of the nicest apartments we have ever rented on our holidays. Just one word of advice however, if you struggle with stairs or you might have problems as the apartments are situated on the first and second floors of a typical townhouse and are accessed by a narrow metal outdoor staircase. No problem for us but could be if you were not very mobile. Many thanks to our hosts.

We loved this one bedroom apartment that had a full kitchen and free parking. We would stay there again on the Plateau in Montreal. The landlords were very helpful with dinner recommendations. These accomodations are highly recommended.

We stayed for a few nights, Aug 1 - 3. This place was great! The loft was meticulously renovated with a focus on detail. The place was modern, trendy and spotless. There’s a small AC in the dining room, but was enough for the entire apartment, and we stayed in 90* weather. The price was a great deal as well. The location is perfect in the heart of residential Plateau. During the day we drove the 2-3 miles to Downtown or Old Montréal. In the evening we walked to local bars and restaurants. We met the owner who was a very nice woman, who lives on site if there is anything you need. The next time we’re in Montreal, this is definitely where we will stay

The building housing these lofts doesn't look like much from the outside, and is located on a pretty quiet street in the heart of the city. But the interior of the loft was fantastic! Each unit is fully furnished, clean, and includes everything one could want and then some (fully stocked kitchen, ironing board, recycling/compost bin, etc.). The landlord was friendly and explained things clearly, including some tips on getting around Montreal. Free parking is included. The downsides were the following: - Not close to the metro (about 15-20 minute walk to nearest metro stop, which is Sherbrooke). - Two steep flights of stairs to get to the upper loft units, so pack light or be prepared to trek up the steps several times. - No central air conditioning, though a window unit is included in the dining room.

My wife and I stayed here in August 2017 and we loved it. Clean, modern, comfortable and on a quiet street in the Plateau. Close to Parc La Fontaine and not too far from restaurants and coffee shops. Nicely furnished, and it was pleasant walking the surrounding neighborhood. Liked our inn-keeper, very professional and supportive.

This ultra modern and spotlessly clean loft is highly recommended. The location is superb. Walking through Parc La Fontaine is a very enjoyable experience and... What has not been reported often on other reviews is that there about 8 excellent restaurants on a block on the other side of the park from the Loft. Some highly reviewed ones are very expensive. The good news is you do NOT have to spend a very good meal. Walk the block. When one is crowded that is a sign that it is very good. ****The Husband and wife who run the loft are helpful beyond words. The Cuban lady walked multiple blocks with us to insure that we boarded the correct bus. The husband carried our suitcases up the stairs to our apartment. This loft is highly recommended🤙
