I stayed here during 3 nights. The room was average however it had a gorgeous view of the river ( I was on the 26 floor). The room price was CAN$270/night. Overprice for what it was even if it included wifi Internet and breakfast. I will consider another hotel to stay when I'm back in town. More

I do not recommend Loews Le Concorde Quebec, at all. Parking almost impossible, and with valet, very expensive hidden fees. Stayed two nights at Loews recently. All in all was a good experience. Average rating based on what once would expect for price, and some drawbacks that could certainly ruin some peoples stay.
