Great location next to the Parliament, 5 mins walk from centre of old Quebec. But rooms looking tired. No wifi in rooms and only paid wired connection. No minibar. Hotel was undergoing refurbishment of restaurant while I was there, so no bar, restaurant or full breakfast service either. Surprised no discount was offered for this. More
