Had I stayed in one of the suites (on the 3rd floor) I likely would have given a rating of 5 but our room on the second floor (202) was quite small (think bedroom size) and lacking one major necessity...a coffee maker. The size of the room really wasnt a factor for us as we didnt spend a lot of... More

Choose this hotel as we found a deal on CityLinked, a discount website and loved it. It included a two night stay, parking, and breakfast. We stayed two nights and loved both of them. It was our first time to the city and the staff was great at offering tips and pointers. Especially great as we knew little French and... More

Before I booked I checked it out online and it looked amazing plus the rate was decent. In reality, what isn't apparent in the photos is how small the rooms are! The toilet is wedged between the shower wall and the sink and there is no room to move. The shower...same story-tiny! I dropped the washcloth and could almost not... More

Thank you very much for leaving a review to always help us improve and offer the best experience to our guests. First of all let me first start by saying that we have 15 rooms and they are all different and with different sizes and price. Also keep in mind that we are in accordance with the Tourism Quebec codes... More

Stayed 2 nights in a standard room (101). The room was small but very cozy with its brick walls and all the amenities, small flat screen tv, hair dryer, alarm clock, bath gels, a place to work, free wi-fi, a selection of magazines, a rain shower...They will also lend you an umbrella!...bed was very comfortable with its duvet ! I was there for work. This place is a house built in 18.. The setting is very inviting. The room was nice and modern and the bathroom small but the espace maximised. The breakfast is nice, fresh and healthy. People at the desk and in the breakfast room nice and helpfull. Near Cartier street and a nice walk (Québec is... More

Although the decor was upgraded so the pictures look nice this was essentially an old house and I had a basement suite. It was clean but damp and I only had a small window barely above ground level. Staff were helpful. I did not take the breakfast as it was expensive and there are nice cafes around the corner on... More

First of all thank you for taking the time to write a review on TripAdvisor. Please be sure that we take all of our customers review with a constructive state of mind and I appreciate your input. I recently spent 6 nights and seven days in Quebec City attending a conference (of sorts), and the group I was with had arranged to rent out the entire Auberge for our week's stay. That made our stay there particularly enjoyable, because it was a very congenial group of colleagues to be with. I can't report on what the Auberge... More

We had a one night stay in Quebec City and had researched this place along Grande Allee. There were many pluses and I am not a negative person. So I will concentrate on those first. 1. Wonderful location- with the Plains of Abraham park right at your back door. A very short walk to the must see old Quebec City.... More

We stayed for 3 nights at this inn and feel that it is barely average for the price we paid. We paid close to $300 a night with taxes. I didn't feel it was worth it. Breakfast is spartan and not included. Coffee was watery and undrinkable. For the same price you can have a real breakfast on Cartier Street... More

I went to Quebec city for the first time for the weekend of April 14, 2012 and wanted to stay in a hotel which is close to the city and reasonable in price.
