Great place to stay while in Quebec City. Isabelle is very nice and helpful. Free parking is a plus!! Breakfasts are very good. Would stay again. Wi-fi helpful. Nice neighborhood.

The stay at Aux Trois Balcons was great!.. We needed to check-in much later then anticipated, we asked many questions about where to go and what to see and we had a GREAT breakfast every morning.. It was a great stay and for the price i would rather stay here then at the Chateau Laurier..

We stayed here 1 night before going to the Ice Hotel for the next night.
Isabelle was just fantastic...very accomodating...great suggestions on where to eat and what to see. She also let us keep our luggage there late on departure day...so we could check out more of the city.
The breakfast was great- amazing coffee.
This spot is also walking...

We stayed with Isabel during our honeymoon in 2009, and this review has been too long in coming. However, we share the views of most people here in saying that our stay was superlative in every way. We stayed in 2 different rooms (we visited Quebec at the start and end of our trip) and both were excellent, a great...

I only stayed two nights but wish I could have stayed longer. Really comfortable, great breakfasts, and a warm, friendly welcome. Can't ask more than that, and all in the most beautiful city in North America! Thanks for a great time :)

We were planning a two-night trip to Quebec City. After reviewing Aux Trois Balcons on Trip Advisor, we e-mailed Isabelle with inquiries. She got back to us promptly, and we booked the Charlevoix since it had a private bath and was available for our two nights. Isabelle explained that Friday morning she would prepare our breakfast, but Saturday she was...

We stayed at Aux Trois Balcons for only one night during our brief visit to Quebec City.
We found out about the B&B from tripadvisor. The factors that made us consider this place instead of other options in Quebec is the location, the pricing of the rooms, and the positive comments regarding the hostess.
I booked the room via email...

We had 3 rooms at Trois Balcons for 3 nights and enjoyed a great time there. There is a great atmosphere about the place and the rooms were nice. The location is very close to Cartier St where there is a range of dining options, the B&B is located within 15 mins walk of the centre so we just left...

We booked a weekend at Aux Trois Balcons after searching different B&Bs that would be relatively close to the Quebec Winter Carnival grounds (within walking distance) as this was our primary purpose for visiting Quebec City (weekend of Feb 5, 2011).
Isabelle is the new(er) owner of this place; apparently it changed owners a couple/few years back if I remember...
