contrary to some of the review this motel under new management i find the motel very clean microwave and fridge plus free internet the room was very clean and very quiet the staff very helpful i recommend this motel not too expensive 80 dollars i stayed 3 days and enjoy myself close to dowtown check it out More

Our experience at the Coachman was very pleasant. For less than $80 a night we got a fridge, microwave, cable, and Internet. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating (one made fresh coffee for me when I went down to the lobby in the morning) and it was located right on the main strip of Regina. More

The room was clean but that's about all. The chairs were stained, curtain would not close properly ( was wondering what the saftey pin in the curtain was for), the deoderizer used to make the room smell good was over powering and the wireless internet did not work. we check the review before but the night we came to regina all the smaller motel were full so we had no choice to check the coachman to my surprise the front desk attendant was very pleasant and we foud out was under new ownership and alot of renovation was done so we check in the last non smoking room... We stayed for one night and it was a miserable experience. The room was dirty, moldy and the shower didn't work properly, the beds were old and lumpy, the FIRST room,. the cable didn't work. We decided to stay at the Coachman after finding most of the other indepenndent motels with No Vacancy. The motel is older and we had a room at the top of the stairs.
