“Simple frauds and a terrible place”

When I booked this suite as advertised on www.booking.com I did not expect that I’m booking a room without a window, with a dirty bathroom with broken accessories. The cable tv was not working and although I asked them to replace the receiver they refused. Additionally the majority of the room facilities as advertised were missing or not working. As... More

On booking.com site it states that it is not a suite but a studio located just below pool level. Nothing is missing! Radio, DVD Player, CD Player, Satellite Channels, Hot Tub, Iron, Minibar are provided free in the room upon request. You didn't ask for any of these. Washing Machine, & Clothes Dryer are provided in a separate Laundry room... More

first I would like to share that the hotel was nice 10 years ago. There are green but the rooms smell terrible drain of the bathroom. The owners are welcoming and friendly, but not enough to stay. “A Garden of Eden -- But Make Sure You Have a Car”

Our family spent three days at Sanorama Suites. The grounds were a "Garden of Eden."
