Lovely welcoming helpful hosts and attractively furnished ensuite double room as per previous reviews. Stayed 2 nights in October 2012. However, beware: unlike the many many B&Bs I have stayed in throughout the UK, both recently and over the last 25 years, you are expected to be out during the day, and won't get a key to get in, should... As we are a small B&B we are expecting guests who are staying more than one night to be out of the room during the day between 10am and 4.30pm, unless otherwise arranged at the time of booking. Hotels on the other hand provide all day access to their rooms for guests. We try to accommodate guests with special requests... More

Very pleasant stay in a quiet suburban close with hills just above. Ann-Sofie and Richard charming, attentive hosts with interesting conversation, and delightful breakfast with view of long garden and trees, with garden pub table you can use. Nice decoration with paintings and objéts d’art. Tea & coffee well presented in bedroom. Good price. We’d go again. Local pub in... More

I stayed here for one night and I cannot recommend a better B&B in this area. Ann-Sofie and Richard are very friendly and accommodating - they made me a packed lunch because I left very early in the morning. The food is excellent and the bed very comfortable, for dinner they recommended a pub which did delicious food. I would... More

We stayed here on our route, cycling from Winchester to Dover. The food was great and the room was comfortable, with a modern and attractive interior. Anne-Sophie and Richard were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We would recommend this B+B to anyone.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one evening during our recent excursion to the North Downs and can't recommend it highly enough. The hosts were very friendly, the food excellent and the facilities very comfortable. The bathroom and HUGE bath was amazing and much appreciated by our aching legs. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Thank you!

My family and I stayed here for just a night but nevertheless it was amazing. Getting there was a bit of a journey but it was definetely worth it. The first thing we loved was that the design of the rooms, just stunning! For dinner our hosts recommended a pub, which had pretty good food too. Ann-Sophie and Richard just... More

The host and hostess are extremely kind and welcoming, breakfast was really delicious and it was everything you could want from a B&B. It is not too far from the North Downs Way for walkers, and in a lovely peaceful location so you get a great night's sleep.

Just returned from a weekend to visit nearby Brands Hatch. All the reviews are true - this is truely a remarkable find! Room excellent, hosts friendly and couldn't do enough for you. This will definately be our top of the places to stay at if we visit Kent again.

We stayed here when we went to the Hop Festival in Kent. A delightful and spacious accomadation with clean and bright bathroom. Extremely comforable beds. Very friendly hosts with a well prepared traditional English Breakfast. We were lucky to be there on a warm sunny day and had the delight of breakfast in the pretty garden. We would certainly stay...
