Our second visit and again it was wonderful. Room is clean and has plenty of well thought through comforts. The breakfast is superb quality with plenty of choice. Hosts are friendly, relaxed, and helpful. We couldn't recommend it more.

We stayed here for 2 nights, over the August Bank Holiday. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a nice large bathroom, with views over the stream at the back of the house. The rooms are clean and well furnished, the views are nice, the breakfast is good and the owner, Tom, will ring you up if you leave all of your girlfriend's clothes in the wardrobe. An excellent base for walking the hills.

A lovely Guest House with excellent facilities. If an important factor for you is the standard of breakfast in the morning before you set off for the day then you will not be disappointed. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was up in the area on business and ended up needing to stay the night. Number 678 were able to give me a room at the advertised price at very short notice. Free wi-fi, good food, clean bedroom and bathroom and friendly staff. Ask about the pub up the road where you can get dinner within walking distance.
