I stayed over with my son as my husband was in Wrightington Hospital for an operation, the hotel is conveniently located, a few shops up the road together with a couple of Take aways. I would definately recommend this hotel, the owner was really friendly and helpful, room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The breakfast was also really good.

What a great find. Wonderful friendly owners, Jeff and Liz. Comfortable and clean rooms, and a nice hearty breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome - and so were our 2 Springer Spaniels. Great location for the canal and many local attractions. We were there for a surprise 30th party. We will definitely be coming back.
