Was clean and staff very friendly. However, wasn't overly impressed with hotel. Got a great view of Kilimanjaro and fantastic views of the Elephants walking past!!! The "Bush" dinner was one of the highlights of the trip.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful 2-night stay at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. We had an amazing time and I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering a safari in Amboseli. I spent 2 nights here with my parents in February 2012, and it was amazing. I've spent a lot of time in Kenya and Tanzania, and this is one of the best places I've stayed. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the food was great. The best part, though, was the...

I was lucky enough to spend 3 days in February at this lodge. Everything was great including service, food, game drives and room. I unfortunately had a bad reaction to the anti malaria medicine I had received while home in USA. The staff was wonderful. A doctor was called and once the problem was diagnosed, and the Mefloquine was thrown...
