“Family setting”

The service provided by the hosts was very nice. The breakfast provided was enjoyable with much surplus. Yes the place is tired and dated but all the same provides an idyllic setting. The BB is easy to find.

“Great place to chill with beautiful surroundings.”

Only booked this place as was the only place available for the night at reasonable distance from Dunedin as Aerosmith was in town.Dunedin city is only a 15-20 mins drive away. “Very Comfortable and Welcoming”

We enjoyed two nights in the very spacious bedroom with the attached sunroom and large en suite bath (some rooms have shared baths, I believe). Chrissie was a most gracious and low-key hostess. We stayed three nights in a large room with an attached sun room. Bathroom was large. View over farm land is good. The place is very nice and you are made to feel at home. Easy drive into Picton. “Wish we could have stayed longer...”

Though we had not booked and arrived at 8pm at night after driving all day, Chrissy was happy to show us the rooms, and we enjoyed our stay.
