Staff is great. They care of your every need, all u have to do is ask. Resort is quiet and relaxing. There is enough room to be alone or mingle with other guests. Will definitely return to Nicaragua and hacienda.

This is the most customer service oriented place I have ever experienced. The staff go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable and work hard to accommodate individual requests. The food is delicious. The people are lovely. The view is incredible. And their hammocks are perfect. I recommend Hacienda Puerta Del Cielo Eco Spa wholeheartedly.
