From the welcoming staff, superb accommodation, excellent evening meal and a very good breakfast I would heartily recommend The Durham Ox. The restaurant with its wood burning stove had a good menu and when the food was served it looked good and tasted fantastic. The accommodation and food was great value for money

Cosy warm accomodation (we stayed in the stable) The pub was beautifully decorated with log fires etc. The food was excellent. Good wine selection, and very good service. The pub is also in a really beautiful village.
