What a fantastic, understated place to stay. Amazingly warm welcome (including an unexpected pick up from the intercity bus stop) and the place is everything we wanted it to be. Clean, comfortable, relaxed atmosphere and great communal vibe without being a try-hard hostel. Would recommend to anyone heading to the mount.

Had a great time. An middle aged couple travelling and found it really well set out and convenient. Hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Company was congenial with very good balance of community and individual areas. A drawback was the inconvenience of the Internet, which seemed to run out very quickly. Location was excellent and convenient.

Location: Located at a quite road. Bus stop is just a block a way. Supermarket and downtown is just 10 mins walk. Beach is 5 mins walk. Cleanliness: Excellent and super clean. Communal areas: Comfortable and cosy. Fantastic! Services: Hosts, Dave and Sue are very nice and kind! Rooms: A little bit small but very comfortable!

Lovely place. Clean, light filled bedrooms (small, but that's all you need for the price). Great big kitchen and living room. We came back and stayed a second time at the end of our trip. Friendly, happy owners.

This place was impeccably clean and very spacious. I stayed here with a travel buddy I had met, and we got a 3 bed dorm and ended up being the only ones in it. We stayed in both the bed and breakfast and the holiday flat and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were really clean and very comfortable. The Hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We think they could charge alot more, as the rate was very cheap and even cheaper than some Youth hostels we stayed in.

Though not necessarily the closest to the city center (it's a 20 minutes walk to the Mount), we really enjoyed our stay at the Seagulls. Everything was very clean and the hosts are really friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
