We have stayed here at least 5 times!! My kids just love everything about this resort. From the amazing food to the safe beach that is perfect for familes with young kids to explore! The resort is super clean, nice and quiet and the staff are great. The owners are even better ; ) Highly recommend it to anyone who... More

Where will I stay if I ever find myself back in Bohol? Isla Hayahay! It felt like home away from home. The whole place was charming and quaint, perfect for a quiet getaway. The room we stayed in was spartan yet homey and clean. The bathroom, which was spotless, was big enough to fit another bed or two. Outside our... More

We stayed April 29 to May 1. Hayahay is a quaint and simple resort that provides excellent value for the price. We like the quiet atmosphere and serenity (only 8 cottages so it doesn't get crowded) of the place so don't go here if you are looking for a party place like Boracay. Do go if you want a quiet... We spent 3 nights at Isla Hayahay at the bginning of March having seen the reviews on Tripadvisor. It's great! The food is outstanding - portions huge so good idea to share between 2 unless you are on a diet-busting junket! There is a very limited selection of wine, but there is generally a perfectly drinkable white and red available... More

Loved the place! We stayed at Isla Hayahay for 4 days. Very quiet, it is guest friendly with common aera with t.v., books, video, free coffee and tea....The terrace restaurant is very nice, the entire ground is meticulously clean& well equipped with tables and chairs, lounge chairs as well. The rooms are quite big, clean, with huge bathroom. There is... More

Stayed at this hotel for nearly a week. The hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful. The snorkeling area nearby is nice but there is no beach next to the hotel, so may not be too suitablfodor family with kids who wishes to spend a white sand beach holiday. It takes around 2 hours to the city and 1.5 hour... More

I stayed in Isla Hayahay with a group of 7 (including my 2 daughters aged 1 and 2). We selected Package E available on their website and stayed for 5 nights. As many have said in their reviews already, Isla Hayahay is quite remote and won't be for everyone, but I can not recommend this place enough! The package we... More

Relaxing, and intimate with amazing food, service, and staff. Stayed here for 3 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed every day. I fell back in love with food here. From the first dinner, til the last breakfast. From the soups to the dessert, everything was delicious. They have shuttle service to airport, or ports. Very convenient no matter what port you... Initially my wife, 2yr old daughter and I just went to the Isla for lunch. However they no longer take walk in diners so we decided to stay a night. The reviews that we read prior to travelling from Tagbilaran to Calape were spot on. Yes it is very remote, but once there (and if youre not looking for noisy... More

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful, relaxing setting for your holiday than you can not get much better than Isla Hayahay. Isla Hayahay is remote and isolated but if you have children who want to snorkel it is right on the beach (although it is not the best beach in The Philippines). It is also a very romantic... More
