We went to the KOA in July for one week while my son attended a basketball skills camp. We had our other two children with us and found it to be just great for all of us. They had wonderful shower houses and a nice outdoor pool. They also had a nice laundry facility at a reasonable price. We were... More

The campground was nice and clean and children liked the pool. It was very busy (nearly every site full) the night we stayed. The train was quite loud during the night and about 5 or 6 passed by the campground. They warn you during check in and offer free ear plugs.

Stayed there one night in a tent spot. While the bathrooms were clean and there were free showers, a combination of trains, traffic, screaming children until 11pm and weird water tower noises resulted in a horrible sleep. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

The trains were audible but nothing to cry over. My kids thought they were cool. its overall a fine place to pass through but not enuf to... More

Sleeping deeply and soundly, and then waking up suddenly as a train thunders and honks...my heart pounds heavily. Then by the time I try to go back to sleep, the same experience goes on and on throughout the night.. Then my day is cranky and I have to hit the road and drive safely.. The quiet hours in the campground... More

Great place to stay a night on your way somewhere else. Easy access to highways, staff are friendly, bathrooms are clean and there's plenty of hot water.

Management does not tell you that within the overgrown weeds next to the property is a train track. And that at 2, 4 and 5 am. you will be awoken by a the thunderous sound of a train rolling past your tent or RV while blowing it's horn so loud you could suffer a heart attack. Management is so low... More

..this is an older KOA, but all in all, it's great. We had a Kamping Kabin for 4 night, and loved it. The parking was a bit small, and my car almost got hit by one of the numerous RVs passing by. I solved that problem though by parking on the grass. The bathrooms were a bit far from the... More
