A lovely weekend in a beautiful well kept house. Lyn and Rod made us feel very welcome as always.The breakfast was delicious and the homemade muffins and tea went down a treat after our long journey.we will be definitely staying there again next time we visit our family in Ripon Lorraine andDavid The Vale of Glam.

A delightful three night stay starting 14th April 2013. Delicious food with lots of choice, elegant rooms with many extras, friendly and welcoming hosts. A most interesting house well located for Ripon and surrounding area. Have already booked another stay.
