I wouldl highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay but within close proximity to the many offerings Belfast has. I stayed five nights and never had to worry about the room being clean, could make a quick cup of tea or coffee while preparing for my day and then walk down to the dining room... More

good location, short stroll to all the attractions. whole place looked like it needed a lick of paint and general upgrade. no remote for the telly and no nice finishing touches in the room ie only basic toiletries and one bar of soap had been used and rewrapped. breakfast was ok but basic, ie 1 egg 2 rashers of bacon... Our family has stayed here twice and we love it. The prices are some of the lowest in York. It is a budget b&b but the prices are below budget levels. The owners are a friendly (but busy!) couple who do a great job serving their customers. Being cheap we have never had ensuite accomodation but didn't have a problem... More
