“Country Elegance”

Went to this quaint, beautifully decorated b&B for a romantic getaway. Wow what an amazing stay. The owners are just wonderful. Had 2 beautiful 3 course dinners and awesome breakfasts. Spent most of our time in the spa overlooking the gorgeous paddocks. Very quaint setting. Thank you so much Helen and Willem. Cant wait to come back!

Had an amazing nights stay here which was the perfect chance to relax after our wedding. Great views looking out over the horses and the hills. Can't recommend Helen and Willem enough and the food was beautiful.

Jamie and Kate, it was a pleasure to have you as our guests. Kate looked like one of the most stunning brides getting ready in the Ascot Suite and it was so nice to have some locals enjoying their weddingnight! All the best for the two of you and thanks again for staying with us! More

The owners -Helen and Willem- of this lodge do themselves credit! We had an amazing time using the Ascot suite to first prepare for our wedding and then to come and relax afterwards! We were going to a wedding in Papakura and decided on a weekend away. Beautiful room in a lovely location. Lovely couple who did ALL they could to ensure we had a great stay!!! So accommodating!! Had 2 wonderful night's sleep there and left so rested!!! Recommend!!!

Our last night in New Zealand we stayed at the Bycroft Lodge. We had a warm and lovely welcome, a wonderful night and a great cooked breakfast. The room was fully equipped, silent and offered a view in the green. Thank you Helen and Willem!

We just celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary and we really enjoyed staying in Ascot Suite. The place is tidy and the spa pool is amazing with definitely a nice view. The hosts are really accommodating, and serves yummy breakfast.
