Great location near the ferry and airport. Lots to do in the attached entertainment complex, including an amazing wave pool. Breakfast and comfort were so good we decided to use this hotel as a home base to explore Vancouver as well.

I checked in at about midnight and left early to catch a ferry without having a reservation. welcoming desk staff who seemed to work hard to find me a room at a reasonable price. convenient parking. Comfortable room. Very good value.

Kevin went above and beyond to help me with a broken down car, and helped me get to the airport to make my flight.I'm so thankful for his help!!

We were coming for a fastpitch tournament with a team of 13 year olds and their parents. I phoned the reservation line and asked for group booking 16 days prior to our arrival and was put on hold for 15 minutes then the line went dead. This hotel is away from DT Richmond but the IMAX theater and Silver City is on the next block. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staffs are friendly. They provide free in-room WiFi and the speed is quite fast for even streaming movie. The continental breakfast is marvelous - hot and cold for selection.

and wow, what a Breakfast.. Clean, Clean, Clean...from Lobby to our guest room. Everyone at the desk was A+ and helped us with so much....We were leaving on a cruise, so all luggage had to be removed along with a mobility scooter....and the guys were there to help me. Yes I would stay here again...

Chose this place for an overnight stop near Vancouver airport. It was great.
