Clean, great value for the money, friendly staff. Good, free breakfast and even got a free day Banff park pass. Nice an quiet (located near train tracks but never woke up from it). Somewhat comfortable beds (however for an inexpensive hotel they were good). Great location in proximity to town and the highway. Will be returning here again!

We checked in late but no problems. Clean and warm. Close to town and Banff Bit noisy from train sounds for the light sleeper. Free breakfast in a room by lobby. Attached to Chez Francois with awesome breakfast menu. Will be back next time!

We stayed here for the family day weekend and it exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. The rooms were well maintained and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.the attached restaurant is also very good.
